Our school performance fact sheet's reflects SDHI's last class prior to reorganizing and upgrading our services and evolving into The Hospitality Institute International. It is a reflection of the past and an indication of our future and beyond. 

The San Diego Hospitality Institute, since it's inception has consistently produced high results for completion and creating an extremely high employable workforce and The Hospitality Institute International will continue in that same spirit! 
Completion Statistics for 2008 for SDHI:

This rate was calculated by determining the percentage of students enrolled in the program who were originally scheduled, at the time of enrollment, to complete the program in 2008 and who successfully completed the program.

San Diego Hospitality Institute enrolled twelve (12) students who were eligible for graduation in 2008. Nine (9) students graduated on time in 2008. Two (2) students dropped the program and did not graduate and one (1) student, who was eligible to graduate in 2008, extended the program and graduated in 2009.

For 2008 San Diego Hospitality Institute’s graduation rate was 75%.

Placement Statistics for 2008:

This rate was calculated by determining the percentage of student who graduated their program and secure employment in the field for which they were trained. In calculating this rate, the institution did consider as not having obtained employment, any graduate for whom the institution does not possess evidence, documented in his or her file, showing that he or she has obtained employment in the occupation for which the program is offered.

San Diego Hospitality Institute graduated nine (9) students in the Front Office Management course. Of that nine (9), four (4) students have been placed in the Hospitality Industry for which they were trained and it has been documented in their files.

For 2008 San Diego Hospitality Institute’s placement rate was 44%. Our goal is to exceed that number!

Wage Statistics:

The Hospitality Institute International trains people for entry level positions in the Hospitality Industry. Most entry level positions starting salary is minimum wage. Effective January 1, 2017, the minimum wage in California is $10.00 per hour.
